Is ObamaCare Derogatory?

It appears that the harpy from Florida known as Debby Wasserman-Schulz made it a point of order to declare that the term "ObamaCare" is derogatory, and should not be used on the House floor. From the article:
"In two previous gentlemen’s statements on the amendment, both of them referred to the Affordable Care Act, which is the accurate title of the health care reform law, as ‘ObamaCare,’" Wasserman Schultz said. "That is a disparaging reference to the President of the United States. It is meant as a disparaging reference to the President of the United States. It is clearly in violation of the House rules."
What happened to the idea that we were all going to love it as soon as it was passed, and we finally got to see what was in it? I wonder if she was even aware that the Department of Health and Human Services (the largest damn department in the country) purchased the word to use in their websites?
